Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item was found defective, damaged or a wrong item was delivered, our customer service officer will proceed on follow up actions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like package damage, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 


Exchanges

Except as otherwise provided in these terms and conditions, and subject always to your statutory rights as a consumer after the completion of a transaction item is non-exchangeable.

 

Cancellations And Refunds 

Customers CANNOT cancel a pre-order with Maxnut Studio. For an instock item, customer can cancel the order with Maxnut Studio at all time while an administration charge consist of 50% of purchase value will be charged on cancellation. 
If the item has been sent and been confirmed in transit, all involved shipping fee will be responsible by customer on cancellation. 
Except as otherwise provided in these terms and conditions, and subject always to your statutory rights as a consumer after a period of the completion of a transaction, the payment is non-refundable.
